John Green and David Levithan, Will Grayson, Will Grayson -- I read this book in under 24 hours (this was the book I checked out on a whim when I needed something to read while waiting for L's school concert to start), and it was exactly what I needed at the time, apparently -- some contemporary YA, ( catchy and poignant )
